Curriculum for the Middle Group of Children

Age category: 11 – 14 years old.

Course Program

History of Tourism: In this module, children will learn about the history of tourism, from ancient times to current trends in the industry. They will also learn about tourist attractions and their role in the development of tourism.

Cultural Tourism: In this module, children will learn about cultural tourism and its types, such as visiting museums, galleries, theaters and concert halls. They will also learn how to organize tours and entertainment for tourists.

Tourism and Hospitality: In this module, children will learn about hospitality and its role in tourism. They will learn how to create a comfortable environment for tourists, including service in hotels and restaurants.

Geography of Tourism: In this module, children will learn about the geography of tourism and different tourist destinations. They will learn about the tourist resources of different countries, millionaire cities, resorts, ski centers, etc.

Tourism Marketing: In this module, children will learn the basics of marketing in tourism. They will learn about advertising campaigns, promotion of tourism products, and brand building in the tourism industry.

Excursion: In this module, children will learn about the profession of a tour guide and their role in tourism. They will learn how to create interesting excursions as well as develop tourist itineraries.

Tourism and Environment: In this module, children will learn about tourism and its impact on the environment. They will study the concept of sustainable tourism.

In addition, we will have hands-on activities, role-plays, discussions and group projects during the course to help students gain the practical skills they need to be successful in the course and in future tourism. The total duration of the course is 8 weeks.
